- Do I need to buy a domain?
Not required. If you own one, we’ll provide DNS instructions. If you don’t, we can purchase and configure one for you.
- How long until my site is live?
Usually less than a day after you complete your profile. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
- How do I manage my payment method or download invoices?
From the Hatch Agent Portal page, click “Manage payment” to open the secure Stripe portal.
- What if my payment fails?
If billing fails, we’ll send you an email to update your payment method. Your Hatch subscription may pause until resolved.
- Can I customize the look of the pages?
Your Hatch subscription will mirror SFG branding for consistency. You control your profile details (photo, bio, license, contact).
- How are leads and bookings handled?
Leads submitted on your site are captured with consent and routed into your account in Funnel or directly to your email.
- Does it work with my existing Calendly?
Yes! Paste your Calendly link in Agent Portal page, and bookings will show on your page.
- Is there support if I get stuck?
Absolutely! After you submit your profile, our expert Hatch Support team can guide you through each step of the process.
